Hi, I'm Andrew Kirjner

I am a Ph.D. student in the Brain and Cognitive Sciences Department at MIT, where I focus on machine-learning informed biological sequence design for neurobiological applications.

Broadly, I hope to be able to effectively introduce cutting-edge models and techniques from ML into the wet lab.
